Just saw Julia Gartha perform on CBC’s Over the Rainbow, a show where girls compete to be Canada’s Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz! She was amazing! Unfortunately, she recently was in the bottom 2 and everyone (including Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber) was surprised.
